Icon Puzzles holds copy right to images displayed on the web site or displays images with permission of those that hold the copy right. It is not legal to download and use any of these images for your own purposes with out prior written permission from the holders of the copy right.
Images that you submit that have a copy right on, you must obtain permission for the use of the image in the production of a jigsaw puzzle. Icon Puzzles will not be held responsible for any copy right breach.
If you would like us to approach the copy right owner on your behalf we will do this for a time and effort fee.
All other services provided on the internet are done at your own risk and Icon Puzzles is not responsible for any error occurring to your computer.
If you submit an image to us we will use that image for the purpose that you submitted this image to us for. We will safe guard you rights to your images.
Placing an Order:
To order any of our Goods please use our secure online Shopping Cart simply select what you want and then enter your credit card information. Or email us using our contact form Contact Us We will continue to consult with you to make sure that you are delighted with the goods you recieve.
Our Quality Guarantee:
We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase.
If you do happen to find a problem with what you have received please contact us within the first 30 days of receiving the product. If you do need to return something, it must be in the post on its way back to us with in 7 business days of you contacting us. Once we receive the faulty product we will then manufacture you a new puzzle and have it on it's way back to you via three week shipping.
Currency:
All our prices are in US dollars. You may however through paypal pay in what ever currency you work in and the difference will be calculated by paypal.
Shipping:
We offer two shipping options Air Mail and Courier. Courier mail carries a tracking number and will allow you to know exactly where your puzzle is on route to you. It also provides a much faster delivery service. Shipping by Air Mail does not provide a tracking number. Once the puzzle leaves our factory we have no control over the length of time the puzzle takes in arriving at it destination with either Courier or Air Mail. If your puzzle seems to be lost after you and we have made all reasonable efforts to locate its where abouts and sufficient time has passed to definitely say it is lost, we will ship you a replacement puzzle. If the second puzzle is also lost then we will not ship any more replacement goods. We do reserve the right to ask you to follow up with authorities such as customs (for international orders) which may be holding the puzzle.
