How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We are located in Australia and it may take a little longer for your order to arrive. We use as our shipping partner Australia Post who has never let us down. They offer "normal air shipping " as well as "courier shipping " with a tracking number, to just about every where in the world. They are very reliable as well as being the most cost effective. If you choose normal air shipping your order will take a little longer then if it was shipped directly from within your country. It will however arrive.

Does shipping include insurance?

We do not offer insurance as a standard with in our shipping costs. However we are that confident of Australia Post that if your custom made jigsaw puzzle does not arrive for a significant amount of time we will replace it free of charge. In other words it is guaranteed arrival. If you would like to take out insurance on items on any other items, please use our contact form and we will email you if there are any extra charges.

When I upload my picture I want to know if it went through to you ok.?

When you upload your picture at Upload or in our cart you are sending your image to our database of images. We are then able to match your image to the email address and your name that you have typed on your upload form. If for some reason your image has not come through, or not uploaded, we will then let you know.

I don’t think my image has uploaded correctly, what kind of things should I look out for when uploading an image?

Sometimes people experience problems uploading this may occur if thier image is over 5mb or their internet connection is very slow. If the connection is very slow it is easy to assume that their picture is fully uploaded and close the upload page while the image is still uploading. If you know that your internet connection is slow, let the upload page do its thing in the background while you continue in another web browser page.

I want to send a very large image and it is not uploading, what can I do?

To be able to print you a high quality image we need an image in the region of 1MB to 1.5 MB at 300dpi. However if your file is still to large you may want to try and email it to us at the following address puzzle_image@iconpuzzles.com when using this address you will receive a confirmation email which helps us combat spam. Otherwise you may put your image on cd and post it to us. Our postal address is PO Box 202 Huonville Tas, 7109 Australia.

How do I know if my photo quality is good enough?

The best place to improve the quality of any picture is at the source. So when you originally take the photo is the best time to get a really good picture. When you scan your picture transforming it to digital is also critical and if you scan it at 300dpi and get it to a size of around 1MB this would be best. If your image is very fuzzy we will ask you if you can rescan to improve the quality. Before we start to make your puzzle we will email you a crop of your picture for your approval to make sure that you are happy with the image quality. If you are not happy and can not get a better image we will try and improve your image quality through image enhancing software.

How should I send my image to you?

To be able to print you a high quality image we need an image in the region of 1MB to 1.5 MB at 300dpi. The best format to send it to us in is jpeg which has a .jpg after the file name. If you would like to post your photo to us we can scan it for you and post it back when we ship you your puzzle.

What is the best way to pay for my order?

We prefer that you use our internet cart which takes you through to Paypal and will allow you to pay by credit card or a bank account. If you would rather pay by cheque you may do so however international cheques carry an extra charge which we pass onto you. We will also wait until the cheque has cleared before we will ship your order.
